Ineke has worked across the commercial sector and the NHS in mental health and organisational development for many years. She has worked for big blue chip companies such as Motorola and Hewlett Packard in international roles but returned to the NHS in 2010. In her current role Ineke brings together all ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies’ (IAPT) services across the Thames Valley and Milton Keynes to collaborate on service transformation through innovation.
