All 15 national Patient Safety Collaboratives including Oxford are coming together for a shared presence at the Patient Safety Congress in Manchester on 5-6 July 2016. Oxford AHSN partners are among those shortlisted in the HSJ Patient Safety awards to be presented during the event. More information here.
