The RSM are holding a seminar in London on 22/09/16 on what the NHS can learn from other industries about managing safety and risk, entitled ‘Safety and Risk in Healthcare – learning from other industries.’
The excellent spread of speakers includes the new head of the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch [HSIB] speaking about accident investigation in the future, also speakers from the Environment Agency, the Police, the energy sector and the British Boxing Board of Control.
The fee for patient safety and risk managers has been lowered to make sure it is affordable for them to attend and there are CPD points too.
