The Oxford AHSN kept in touch with care home providers in our region and their clinical support networks to understand how they were being affected by the pandemic and how best we could support them.
As part of the roll-out of ‘COVID Oximetry @home’ and ‘COVID Virtual Wards’, we supported systems to manage patients in all settings including care homes.
